Bank of Louisiana is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local city and state government officials amid concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our branch staff is available to help you, as always. If you are unable to visit your local branch, feel free to take advantage of our mobile app or visit www.bankoflouisiana.com to access your accounts 24/7. If you need help with online banking access, please call your local branch for instructions or our Deposit Operations staff at 504-889-9400. Remember that you need to have an established online banking account before you are able to establish mobile access. Our online banking allows customers to access their accounts, statements, set up bill pay, and make account transfers within the Bank. If you need to make a deposit after hours, please use any of the five (5) branch night depositories.
If you are unable to visit your local branch, you can use your Debit Card at one of a number of banks that participate in our Community Cash program surcharge free. Use the link below to find participating branches within your area.
